Our CAOs are at least 18 years old and take a lot of humor, sense of responsibility, creativity and a talent for organization with them. Of course the young CAOs are not alone and have close contact to our team.

Our leader take possession of the camp for the first moment. They plan all the courses, arrange the days and organize the single partys or advantures. The courses are adapt to the different themes and the wishes of the kids. The CAOs make sure that the hole time is exciting.

But not just at the organization the CAOs are responsible for, also if the kids are worried about something (home sickness for example). The CAOs have to look whats the best for the kids.

Every year our team looks after an amplification as CAO at our summer camps!
